How It Works
Fundraising Partners has extensive experience helping customers such as community organizations, non-profits, churches, synagogues, stadiums, hospitals, event venues, recreation centers and more. Each organization has specific needs and every project is unique. With more than 30 years in the construction management and fundraising business – and the only provider in New England that plans, manages and installs the entire brick fundraising project – we help our clients every step of the way. We’re with you from the beginning of the project right through to the final “reveal” of the brick installation to your donors.

Project Planning and Fundraising Goals
At Fundraising Partners, we know most organizations have never done a brick fundraiser before. And that is where we come in, and where our experience is most helpful! There are lots of questions to be answered before any fundraising begins, Once you establish the fundraising goals, we can help you choose an area for installation. Next, we calculate the amount of bricks needed to complete the project, and determine how many will be sold and engraved. We’ll create the landscape architectural drawings, help you apply for any permits needed, establish the project timeline (marketing, launch, orders, install) and more.

Marketing Tools to Promote the Fundraiser
Energizing your community and getting them excited to act is key in this type of fundraiser. At Fundraising Partners, we provide the tools needed to communicate with your donors including customized letter writing and email campaigns, social media posts, brochures, videos, and more.

Secure Online Ordering System to Buy Bricks
Once all the marketing is in place, we launch a secure, customized on-line ordering system for your donors to easily place their orders. The link to this store can be placed in all your marketing to make the ordering process simple and easy.

Brick Engraving and Manufacturing
Once the marketing campaign is complete, and the orders are in, we oversee the brick manufacturing and engraving process to ensure all orders are completed to the highest standard of quality. When completed, the bricks are packed safely and securely on pallets for shipment. We work with you to ensure on-time delivery.

Final Installation
At Fundraising Partners, the process is not complete until the bricks are installed. As part of our service, we work with your city / town to determine if any special permitting needs to be obtained. We conduct a quality control review to ensure all bricks have been delivered and the order is complete. Then we oversee the final installation of the bricks per the specifications of the landscape architectural drawings created at the beginning of the project. Our expert and experienced installers complete the project per your timeline. And when it’s time to “reveal” the project to your donors, we promise, you’ll be proud to show it off!
